Why do I need Adjusterman?

Adjusterman works and advocates on behalf of the insured- not the insurance carrier. Many people trust that their insurance carrier is honest, thorough, and has their best interests at heart. Unfortunately, that's not true. Let's take a look at why not.

To be honest is defined as being "free of deceit and untruthfulness, sincere." This is a quality the insured believes the carrier to be. The insured signs up with the carrier, has a policy written, and pays into that policy every month trusting that when something happens to their HOA's, single or multi-unit residential property, condo, commercial building such as offices, hotels, and restaurants or industrial building and any other property such as luxury, exotic, or classic vehicles, or inland marine and marine yachts, charters, and boats for instance that the carrier is going to pay out the deserved amount. In more cases than not, we see underpaid and denied claims that do not reflect the full scope of loss. This comes from a lack of being thourough.

Adjusterman is above all thourough. We have invested in the best technology such as; drones, 3D VR mapping, FLIR thermal imaging, various cameras, lasers, and moisure meters to see and detect the full scope of a loss. With this, we can prove more damage to the carrier than their own field adjusters can. We take the time to crawl into your attic to photograph any damages to roof trusses and insulation after a storm. We take the time to not just photograph your roof via drone from above, we walk on it, identify, and designate each type of damage to the roof. With every insurance claim we stand by you and make sure the inspector or appraiser sees what we see. We take that extra step within the terms and conditions of your policy to recover contents, depreciation, loss of use revenue, lost income, diminished value and any other additional living expenses and storage where applicable. We want you to get everything out of your policy that you deserve for the damages incurred. The fact that these items aren't always taken into consideration shows that the carrier does not have your best interest at heart.

The insurance carrier cares about their loss to risk ratio and holding onto as much money as possible. The loss ratio is the amount of losses divided by the premiums and is simple way the carriers underwriters determine whether or not a company is suitable for coverage. What it really comes down to is, how many insurers can they profit off of and share the risk with to those of whom they owe for damages they've incurred. In order to control this ratio, the carrier underpays, determines damages are equal to your deductible, or denies the claim in hopes that they can settle for a significantly less amount than you would otherwise be awarded. It is very common for the carriers field adjusters to leave out damage, full rooms that have incurred damages, not include anything they can't see with the naked eye or dismiss damage as "wear and tear". The carrier will use delay tactics to wear you down so that you settle for a lesser award. Carriers also rely on insurers not knowing or understanding their own policy and exclusions to deny them.

The insurance carrier has their own adjuster, so should you! Adjusterman is a public insurance adjuster who only advocates and fights for the insured, you! We speak the language and can speak at mediations on your behalf. Public adjusters are capped at a 10% contingency fee in State Of Emergency situations (for the first year) and 20% on non- emergency damages such as vandalism, theft, and broken pipes. An attorney will charge a contingency fee of 30%-40% and 65% of our claims settle before any litigation is necessary. If litigation is necessary, our attorneys are usually (not guaranteed) able to get our fees covered in the settlement so there's no additional cost to you upon completion. Under no circumstance do you have to use our attorneys or contractors and we will never hire one without your approval. We are with you every step of the way, from open to settlement. If we didn't open your claim and you received a partial or underpayment of damages, we don't charge our fees on anything we didn't touch. We reccomend you #calladjusterman before you call your carrier to expedite the process.
